Attended my final "first day of class" today and was told some horrifying news from my professor for Media Convergence.
"One of things I will have you do is set up a Twitter account. It has now become part of today's journalistic landscape and because of it's overwhelming popularity, we all need to understand its purpose." BOO NO!
I have zero clue what I'm going to say on this thing. I'm actually dreading signing up for it at all. Blogger is my world. Blogger is for the big boys. Twitter? Ya... isn't that called "Facebook Status" or am I wrong?
Seriously, who cares that I ate brown sugar oatmeal this morning? Or that I don't understand the new MTV morning talk show with the British chick?
It's pointless rambling. And if it does multiply into something worthwhile, write about it. Blog about it. Write more than 140 characters on the text pad of your Blackberry.
